Emails and text messages have been spreading quickly this past week here saying that Nacionalista Party senatorial bets Adel Tamano and Susan Ople were resigning from the party because of the smear campaign against Aquino. This talk was, it seems, primarily driven by the recent 'fake expose' of a Villar supporter who showed another mental report document about Aquino to the media. The report was later denied by the signatory.
Ople said that there was no truth to the messages. Tamano, for his part, said that he doesn't really know for sure if there was a black ops department in the campaign set-up of the party. The moment that it's proven true--or if Sen. Villar tells him that the party has no more trust in him--then he says he'll resign from the NP.
In an interview with reporters, Tamano said he wants to focus the message of the campaign on their strengths and not on black propaganda issues.

to prove the truth of the matter is investigation. until now, there is no investigation to prove the truth. nor would there be anybody in the NP who would tell Tamano the truth.Villar will not also talk about the issue of trust to Tamano because if Tamano will resign, it will only the truth of the black ops. Tamano is playing safe and perhaps getting back the votes of villar
that shifted to the undecided.Tamano does not need to prove the truth. Who he thinks delgado is supporting. If Tamano will resign, i will vote and campaign for him….

A serious voter will ignore black propaganda and instead focus on what the May election is all about. A serious voter will not be distracted by fears of a failed election, or foolish unsubstantiated talks like Villaroyo or about Noynoy’s fake mental report, or even unfounded issues that Comelec’s PCOS machines will make a mess of the elections. The focus of the election should be on the qualifications of candidates and the competency of the candidate to handle the awesome job of the president.
But more importantly, comparing the personal achievements of at least 4 of the candidates (forget the convicted plunderer), there is no question Noynoy Aquino has the least of the accomplishments, and if you are a serious voter and have studied closely his records of accomplishments from the academe to his present job in public service what he has done in all of 50 years of his life will pale in comparison with the impressive records of Villar, Gibo and Gordon.
Choosing a candidate for president is similar to that owner of a big corporation in search of a good CEO that will run and manage his company. Like that owner, a voter will naturally choose only the best and most qualified candidate. Now, there’s the mighty Makati Business Club that presents itself as king maker in choosing Noynoy for president. When you think the MBC would be more discriminating in choosing only the best CEO there is, but these supposedly cream of the crop of top CEOs of the country have chosen a mediocre candidate, what else then can one expect but a lemon president. If this happens there’s no hope for this country to progress, unless the MBC lend Noynoy a “helping” hand in running the affairs of the state and that’s probably what the MBC has in mind. Great, the oligarchs are back.
