From 2024-2025, he was the Ambassador Ellsworth Bunker Fellow at Georgetown University’s Institute for the Study of Diplomacy, where he conducted research on the Shanghai Cooperation Organization. Born and raised in Singapore, he is currently based in Washington, D.C..
