Graham Webster

Graham Webster is a researcher, lecturer, and senior fellow of The China Center at Yale Law School, where he focuses on U.S.–China relations. His specific areas of research include cybersecurity, the Sino-Japanese relations, the Internet and society, and maritime disputes. He has previously worked at the Center for American Progress and the EastWest Institute and has consulted on East Asian politics and communications for the National Bureau of Asian Research, the Natural Resources Defense Council China Program, and other non-profits and businesses.  He holds a bachelor’s in international studies and journalism from Northwestern University and a master’s in East Asian studies from Harvard University.
