Jannatul Naym Pieal is a Dhaka-based writer, researcher, and journalist with over a decade of experience in professional journalism.

He holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Mass Communication and Journalism from the University of Dhaka.

Pieal began his career as a cricket correspondent and has since expanded his expertise across various fields. He is currently a Senior Staff Feature Writer at The Business Standard, one of Bangladesh’s leading English-language newspapers. His work has been featured in numerous local and international publications.

His interests span a wide range of topics, including local and global politics, economics, society, sports, history, gender dynamics, technology, health, culture, literature, and human rights.
