Samuel Ramani is a DPhil candidate in International Relations at St. Antony’s College, University of Oxford specializing in post-1991 Russian foreign policy. He is a geopolitical analyst and commentator, who contributes regularly to the Washington Post, Huffington Post, National Interest magazine and Russian International Affairs Council.
