Samuel Ramani

Samuel Ramani is a DPhil candidate in International Relations at St. Antony’s College, University of Oxford specializing in post-1991 Russian foreign policy. He is a geopolitical analyst and commentator, who contributes regularly to the Washington Post, Huffington Post, National Interest magazine and Russian International Affairs Council. His work has also been featured in the Moscow Times, Jerusalem Post, Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty, Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, Hudson Institute and Al Monitor. In addition to his journalistic writing, Samuel has provided expert commentary on international security issues for major media outlets, like CNN, Al Jazeera, Reuters, AFP and Le Monde.
