Jin Kai received his Ph.D. in International Relations from the Graduate School of International Studies (GSIS), Yonsei University, South Korea. He is also a Research Fellow at Yonsei Institute for Sinology, Yonsei University, South Korea. He was an international communications and public relations officer for the UNESCO Asia-Pacific Center of Education for International Understanding.
