An internationally recognized expert on Northeast Asian security issues and non-proliferation, Wit has 20 years of experience in the U.S. State Department and the Washington think-tank arena. He joins The Diplomat to discuss North Korea’s progress on developing nuclear weapons and what policy options there are to turn the tide.
